last full day in the hospital

as the post says, this was our last full day of being at newton-wellesley. though they will never read it, we would like to thank the staff for everything. each nurse or doctor we had was excellent, taking good care of kelli and quinn. we will definitely leave here with a positive experience apart from the obvious blessing of quinn's birthday.

so grammy got a request in this time... a photo of mother and son. we will continue to get more of kelli with her beautiful son, but here is one to hold family and friends over.

papa came in to town yesterday although i realize we never got a picture of him and quinn. here is the first one. we are thankful for four grandparents who care deeply about their grandson.

papa gets another picture, but this is more to show the wrinkles again on quinn's head. he is so cute and his tiny body amazes us. he enjoys sitting as he is pictured here and using his legs to kick up and try to stand.

a great pic all around. shows quinn's size, his foot size, and grandma looks so happy!

we will end picture/video time with a video that again is not one jerry bruckheimer or john woo would lay claim to. i took it because quinn's eyes were making me smile. he makes them quite big and you cannot tell too well, but they are going to be beautiful blue eyes it appears. a bonus is at the end where quinn sneezes twice. his little face gets all contorted. adorable.

finally, what type of dad would i be if i didn't regale quinn for his massive poop tonight. completely dominated that diaper. yes, that made my evening.
