here is quinn wrapping his little hand (albeit big fingers) around papa's thumb.
i believe we were watching the olympics here. like his old man, quinn does not truly appreciate the olympics like some others.
he went to his pediatrician's appointment with mom and gigi this morning. he weighed in at 6 pounds 8 ounces. the pediatrician wanted him closer to his birth weight of 6-13 so he has to go back friday for another weigh in. his legs are so small! 
after kel nurses him, she has started sitting him up to burp. first, it is a good burping position as we found out via a grown up size burp this evening. second, it wakes the bugger up for further nursing. we got a great picture of this on our camera but didn't have the memory card in so we are using this one from gigi's camera. his face is hilariously beautiful during these times.
bella fell asleep on the quilt this evening. she is being good without much activity time with us.
unfortunately, papa had to leave today. quinn will miss his papa and kel & i will miss all the help he did around the house. my parents come in tomorrow for the weekend. it will be the first time they see quinn, so i am excited to see their reactions. i have said it before, but we are very lucky to have such loving parents to come see their grandson and help us out.
