an important first for quinn

quinn, the little guy in the picture below, had an important day today. it was his first manchester united game to watch with his dad! before we get to that, the picture shows him in one of his new outfits from our shopping excursion yesterday.

bella also wanted to get in on the action so here is a picture of her looking dashing.

so back to quinn's big day. in spite of the new outfit, both of us needed to get in the right mindset so i put on my vidic jersey and quinn put on his onesie. this is our first picture together cheering on manchester united. touching... and i have since received a hair cut.

quinn learned early you have to root for your boys through good and bad. a red card in the 29th minute to nani meant united would always be stretched to score a winner but they played well in spite of the 1-1 draw. he was asking me all game why valencia didn't start and if rooney truly is the best player in the world. his favorite players are rooney and raphael. interesting, i thought, but understandable. the whole ordeal tuckered quinn out so we had to prop him up in the boppy to get a picture before changing into his pj's.

Quinn doesn't have a chance with crazy daddy John. How young will he start playing soccer?

What a cutie in his new outfit.
