asher basher masher

Right as Liz was leaving, Tyson, Kelly, and Asher came to visit us for a week! We had a great time with them. Thanks to Tyson's willingness to watch the kids, Kelly and I had some MUCH needed girl time and the kids had so much fun playing together. Quinn always seems to do silly things with Asher's name...this time he kept calling him things that rhymed with Asher like masher, basher, or smasher. I have to say, those are pretty cool nicknames for a one year old :).

 There is some debate as to who actually made the first move, but it happened...

The weather was beautiful while they were here, so we tried to play outside as much as possible to give them a break from the Boston snow.

It's so funny and cute to see their little personalities come out. Quinn spent almost all of his time playing with trains. Caroline, on the other hand, found the babies in the "hospital" nursery and spent about 30 minutes rocking them, hugging them, and tucking them in for bed. Such a sweet girl!

This was hilarious. One of Kelly's favorite restaurants here is Uncle Julios. Caroline got one taste of their ribs and would not put it down! She must have chewed on this bone for twenty minutes. She's our little carnivore and this picture captures it perfectly!

Asher is just so cute!

Thank you Tyson, Kelly, and Asher for coming to visit! It's always hard to see you go...we hope to see you again soon. Love you guys!
