getting close!! i wonder how many times we've passed this barn in all the years we've been driving between dfw and college station?!

dinner at rudy's before heading over to kyle field
the weather was less than ideal for a night game...freezing cold and drizzling the whole time. the barretts were nice enough to let us park and get bundled up at their house before walking over to the game.
the kids did surprisingly well. but by halftime i was ready to go and they were getting a little cold and restless. we left the rest of the fam there to brave the game while we made the drive to conroe to warm up and rest for a little while!
the next day we took family pictures and just enjoyed time together before driving back home. it was a quick visit, but full of fun times!
