cinco de mayo

we look forward to the cinco de mayo tournament every year. we get to catch up with friends from college that we really only see once a year and the guys get to pretend they are still as "in shape" as they were in college :). it's also really fun to have all of the kids on the sidelines playing together and watching their daddies play the game they love.

although playing 3 games in a row on saturday morning was a little rough on the guys, the benefit was that we got done early and actually had time to go to the riverwalk for dinner this year! we saw the alamo, walked along the river, and had a great dinner.

they played one more game (the semi-final) on sunday before we headed back home.

and everyone was still standing after 4 games in 2 days in the hot san antonio sun! great job to these a&m alum. pretty crazy to think that most of them have been playing together for at least 12 years. i love that the team pictures now also include some pretty cute kiddos :).
