we went to the christmas eve service at church...a beautiful time of worship and reflection on the real reason we celebrate christmas. how blessed we are to get to celebrate the birth of our savior! and this year we were thankful to have kathryn and earl there with us! afterwards we drove to arlington for dinner with john's family.

what a fun night! we drove home, put the kids to bed, and then stayed up for a few hours with kathryn and earl wrapping a few last gifts, making breakfast casserole, and playing really funny games. thank you grammy, grandpa, kat, and earl for a wonderful christmas eve!
