new skills

miss caroline is literally pulling up and cruising around on anything and everything. she's also in the stage where she loves to go through things like bags, cabinets, trash cans (gross), and shelves and empty them out as fast as possible. this makes the pantry especially appealing!

and quinn's favorite new skill is unscrewing lids. he has figured out how to take off and put on lids, which is fun for him but kind of scary for us! he loves to remove the lid from lotion and bubble bath in the bathroom and from all of the jars/cartons in the fridge. the other day i got dressed and then walked into the kitchen to find this:

this is a proud little boy who took all 4 bottles of kefir out of the fridge, removed the lids, and lined them up on the counter. thank goodness not a drop spilled! but even so, i now store them on the top shelf, just in case :).
