we arrived saturday night, unfortunately missing z's bachelor party. we planned to jump right into church with the douglas' but kel got sick that night so we stayed home to let her and q rest. the weekend was spent catching up on rest instead of moving in to our apartment thanks to an error on my part. fortunately, the trailer was able to be delivered monday and with the help of parents, gibbs, troy, and two of troy's friends (God never ceases to amaze me in his provision). without each of these guys, monday would have been atrocious. thanks j.d. and ken.
since that day, kel and i have slowly been putting our apartment together. we are about 97% there and pictures will come soon. we have been blessed to catch up with people here (family, douglas', gibbs, hendricks, conner, joanna, wilsons'....) and watch some shows on skype with thomasons (bachelor and manchester-arsenal... you can guess which thomasons and which besancons watched each).
interviews have come for both of us. we have some promising leads and we trust God will provide us with jobs. we firmly believe He led us down here and we firmly believe He will take care of us.
we are excited to see God use us here and will update the blog with those adventures.
finally, here is q in a bu onesie we purchased before leaving. he does look good in terrier red.
