Germany (Part I)

After family pictures in Besancon in the morning, we took a train to Baden-Baden, where we had a long layover until our flight for Berlin left that evening. The plan was for sightseeing in Baden-Baden during that time, but things didn't go exactly as planned. So we had some time to just relax at the airport!

 The next morning, everyone else took a walking tour of Berlin. All four of us needed a little more sleep and a slower pace that day after several busy days in a row, so we opted to sleep in, eat a relaxing breakfast, and enjoy the sights in Berlin at our own pace.

 After meeting up with everyone and eating a quick dinner we jumped on a train to Dresden.
