a few weeks ago we took a road trip to new mexico to visit our former 215 belmont BFFs and attend the hot air balloon fiesta. it was a whirlwind trip filled with a lot of driving, a lot of fun, and not a lot of sleep. and, if you've never been, the balloon fiesta is really pretty amazing. quinn loved it and so did we! here are some highlights, although they are slightly out of order because blogger was driving me crazy - deleting pictures, uploading them out of order, and just being ridiculous - so i gave up.

still a little sleepy in this one! we got up at 4:30am to see the balloons take off on sunday morning.
the dogs were there, too, even though they couldn't go to the balloon fiesta. they enjoyed their time together and looked so cute snuggling with john on our last night in santa fe. love those girls!
