a couple nights ago, i took bella downstairs to do her business before going to bed. it was a little nippy out (the first frost came next morning), and when i went back upstairs i started to sing, "it's beginning to look a lot like christmas". kelli reprimanded me, saying i was not allowed to start singing christmas carols this early.
when recounting the story to a couple cronies at work, i realized why i subconsciously started to sing that wonderful carol... if i were in texas, colder weather like this would mean christmas was only a week or two away!
a plus for boston to me, a plus for texas to kel.
