sledding

last monday we both had off work and decided to go sledding. we LOVE sledding. it's one of my favorite things to do in the winter. it doesn't matter to me that we're usually the only adults sledding without any kids...it's fun! so this year we took bella, thinking she would have fun playing in the snow while we were sledding. she ended up sledding down the hill twice - once with me and once with john. let's just say that bella doesn't appreciate sledding quite like we do. but i think she had fun playing in the snow and we had fun sledding with all the little kids!

a shot of all my snow gear - i only needed 3 layers because it was a "warm" day :) . and yes, bella has on a sweater. we always made fun of those people that put clothes on their pets before we got bella. so you can make fun of us, it's ok. but you try not putting a sweater on your sweet puppy when it's in the 20s outside and you have to put on 3 layers just to make it bearable! i actually heard a lady very loudly comment on the fact that our dog was wearing a sweater as we walked by. but i couldn't say anything because that was us 9 months ago...
